Biographical Sketch: Rafael Alfonzo is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Distributed Sun and manages the company's research and operations. Mr. Alfonzo led the development of Distributed Sun's proprietary SunRISE database, which drives key regulatory inputs to the Company's financial models. He also directs the company's government relations efforts to preserve and expand public policy supporting solar energy. An attorney by profession, he has been an angel investor and advisor to technology startups for more than 15 years.
