Biographical Sketch: As our new Western Area Manager, Paul is responsible for growing Petra Solar in the western US. His 25 year track record of attaining sales growth while maintaining bottom line performance makes Paul well suited for the task. Paul was President and COO of Alpha Technologies, the dominant vendor of pole mounted power solutions for the CATV industry, and has worked extensively in the PV solar, telecom and electric utility markets. Colonel Barlock, USMC (ret) was a jet pilot while serving on active duty. He holds a BS from Pitt and an MBA from Boston College.
